This work is my artistic interpretation of the racial wealth gap and its impact on all of us.
The racial wealth gap negatively impacts the economy, threatening the economic security of black people and weakening the overall economy. Inequitable policies and practices that hinder wealth accumulation for black people have a detrimental effect on the financial security of all. Societies with greater inequality are less likely to invest in public goods that improve productivity, such as education, infrastructure, and technology. When a significant portion of the population is unable to fully participate in the economy, private consumption and investment suffer.

The Cost
Please be advised that all collages are meticulously handcrafted, and minor imperfections are inherent to the nature of the artistic process. These imperfections are intentionally preserved to enhance the uniqueness of each piece. Any air pockets, if present, are discernible only upon close scrutiny or in harsh lighting. It is important to note that slight dings on the corners may occur during shipping.
Individual variations in monitor color settings may result in slight discrepancies in the perceived colors of the artwork. Please be assured that all images are retouched to depict the actual colors as closely as possible.
To ensure the longevity of the artwork, it is recommended to refrain from exposing the collage to direct sunlight and to consider utilizing UV glass protection.
Mats, frames, and wall-hanging materials are not provided with the collage.
Analog (paper) collages and mixed-media art will be shipped within ten business days.
